EB-1 Priority Worker Petition

The EB-1 is a first-preference employment-based green card category. It covers three groups: persons with extraordinary ability (EB-1A), outstanding professors and researchers (EB-1B), and multinational executives and managers (EB-1C). EB-1A applicants do not need a specific job offer, while the others do. This category is highly desirable because the priority dates are often current, meaning there is little to no wait time for a visa number compared to other categories.
