Form 10-K (Annual Report)

Form 10-K is an annual report required by the SEC that gives a comprehensive summary of a company's financial performance. It is more detailed than the annual report sent to shareholders. It includes audited financial statements, a discussion of the company's business and market, risk factors, legal proceedings, and management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) of financial condition. It is the most important document for investors analyzing a public company's long-term health.
